Meet the Team
Lynne, Co-CEO & COO
She graduated from UT and has been with AOTE since day one—October 2001! She and her husband, Jason, have 3 kids.
Kelley, Co-CEO & CFO
She graduated from Texas A&M and joined AOTE right after graduation in May 2003. She and her husband, Derek, have three kids. Outside of work, the Walters and Braces spend lots of time together—and with all the kids being best friends, it really is ‘one big happy family!
Lester, Tent Specialist
With more than 40 years in the industry, he’s one of Houston’s originals—and we’ve been lucky to have him at AOTE since 2011.
Jason, Operations Manager
While attending UH in 2003, he worked with us as a delivery driver. After graduating with a degree in Construction Science, he realized that field wasn’t for him. He has worked in every department and now runs all day-to-day operations.
Kathy, Sales Manager
She’s been with us since 2012 and will be celebrating 13 years this October!
Cheryl, Event Rental Specialist
She first worked with us over 10 years ago before moving up north, and we were thrilled to welcome her back last March!
Fun fact: she loves heavy metal music!
Tina, Sales Associate
Christina “Tina” brings 20+ years of customer service experience to AOTE. From high-end sales to private event planning, she knows how to create unforgettable experiences.
